At Ranger, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. All returned apparel must be in its original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
